Work offline safely
- Sync before going offline.
- Open assigned tasks so content is cached locally.
- Complete forms and capture media as normal.
- Save drafts as needed.

Sync after reconnecting
- Reconnect to stable internet.
- Open submissions/tasks queue.
- Trigger sync if not automatic.
- Confirm all pending items clear.
If sync fails
- Retry after confirming network quality.
- Ensure app remains open during upload.
- Escalate with task IDs and timestamps if failures continue.
