Sites represent the locations where inspections and tasks are completed.
Add a site
- Open Sites.
- Select Create site.
- Choose the linked client.
- Enter site name, address, and identifiers.
- Assign site managers and active teams.
- Save and test visibility for assigned users.

Organize site structure
- Use clear naming for buildings, zones, and units.
- Keep archived locations separate from active sites.
- Document local rules that affect tasks or reporting.
Ongoing maintenance
- Review active site list monthly.
- Remove stale team assignments.
- Verify task templates are still aligned to site operations.
