Use this guide when you receive your first portal invitation.

First sign-in

1. Open portal.riskapp.co.uk.
2. Sign in using your invited account.
3. Complete password setup and any required verification.
4. Confirm profile information.

Confirm your task access

1. Open your dashboard.
2. Check assigned tasks and due dates.
3. Confirm expected clients and sites are visible.
4. If visibility is missing, contact your admin.
