Admin Getting Started

Use this guide when setting up RiskApp for the first time.

Before you begin

• You have an active admin invitation email.
• You know your organization name and billing contact details.
• You have a list of clients, sites, and users to onboard.

First login and account security

1. Open app.riskapp.co.uk.
2. Sign in with your admin credentials.
3. Set a strong password and enable any available security options.
4. Confirm your profile details and notification preferences.

Initial workspace setup

1. Confirm organization name, timezone, and default locale.
2. Add at least one backup admin account.
3. Configure team structure and role defaults.
4. Validate that invited users can access only intended areas.
