Billing and Subscription Management

Manage your subscription and payment operations from the Billing area in app.riskapp.co.uk.

Manage payment methods

1. Open Billing from the admin navigation.
2. Select Payment methods.
3. Add a primary payment method.
4. Optionally add a backup payment method.

Update plan and seats

1. Go to Subscription.
2. Review current plan limits (users, clients, sites, submissions).
3. Choose Upgrade, Downgrade, or Adjust seats.
4. Confirm effective date and any prorated charges.

Review invoices and receipts

1. Open Billing history.
2. Filter by date range.
3. Download invoice PDFs and receipts for finance records.
4. Add accounting notes internally if required.

Common billing issues

• Card declined: update payment method and retry.
• Seat limit reached: increase seats before inviting users.
• Invoice mismatch: confirm plan change date and billing cycle.
